Account deletion

How to delete your account

• Sign in to ⁨bdsmfamily.com⁩.
• Open Settings › Account.
• Optional: choose "Download my data" to keep a copy of your profile, posts, comments, messages and uploaded files.
• Choose "Delete account", enter your password and confirm.

You are signed out everywhere and the deletion becomes final after 7 days. If you sign in again during those 7 days, the deletion is cancelled and everything is as it was.

If you can no longer sign in, write to us through the contact form (topic: Account & support) from the email address of your account, and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

After the 7 days, we erase your account and profile, your posts, comments, photos, videos, voice notes, albums, listings, events, likes, votes, follows and blocks, your sign-in sessions, and your age-check media. Messages you sent are removed from your conversations.

A couple profile stays as long as one partner still has an account; only the leaving partner's login and personal data are erased.

What is kept

• The moderators' log of actions taken on your account (for example an age-check decision or a ban), which refers to your account — so banned members cannot simply return and so we can answer the authorities.
• Copies in backups, until those are overwritten.
