1. Only what the site needs

⁨BDSM Family⁩ uses only cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work or that remember a choice you made. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and nothing is shared with advertisers. Sponsored cards on the site are shown at random, not based on what you do.

2. Cookies

• bf_session — keeps you signed in (up to 30 days). Secure, not readable by scripts.
• bf_age — remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older (1 year).
• bf_lang — remembers the language you chose (1 year).
• bf_announce_dismissed — remembers that you closed a site announcement (1 year).
• bf_preview — only while the site is in private testing: remembers the access code (30 days).
• Cloudflare may set a security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people from automated traffic.

3. Browser storage

The site also keeps a few preferences in your browser's local storage, on your device only: theme and accent colour, feed sorting, recently used emoji, unsent drafts, whether you dismissed the cookie notice, and similar choices. They never leave your device.

4. Your choices

You can delete cookies and site data in your browser at any time. Without the session cookie you cannot stay signed in; the others only remember choices you will be asked to make again.
