Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance

⁨BDSM Family⁩ prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form: child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualising minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or conduct that sexualises, endangers or exploits a child. This applies to posts, comments, messages, profiles, albums and every other part of the site.

Adults only

• Only people aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where they live) may create an account.
• Every new member confirms their age at sign-up, and must pass an age check reviewed by a moderator before they can enter the community.
• Accounts that appear to belong to a minor are suspended until the person proves their age, and closed if they cannot.

Reporting

Members can report any post, comment, photo, profile, listing or message from the site; "Someone under 18" is a report reason of its own and is reviewed first. Anyone, with or without an account, can also write to us through the contact form (topic: Safety or abuse report).

What we do

When we become aware of child sexual abuse material or child exploitation, we remove it, ban the accounts involved, preserve the information the law requires and report it to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the relevant national authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement.
